How it works in practice
A group of friends, a family or a company that wants its own dates and route? We will draft it within five working days and send you a line-by-line budget.
We have been building tailor-made trips since 2016 and they make up roughly a quarter of our work. Most are family celebrations, school-year reunions and company outings for eight to sixteen people. Groups smaller than six do not add up financially, and we do not go above sixteen on principle.
The process is simple: you tell us how many of you there are, roughly when, the budget per person and what you expect from the trip. We design the route, secure the accommodation and transport, and send a budget showing the cost of transport, hotels, the guide and our own margin. Nothing is buried in it.
Prices tend to run 10 to 20% higher than on scheduled departures, because the guide and the minibus are shared between fewer people. If the proposal misses the mark, we rework it once at no charge. We charge nothing for the draft itself until you decide.

Four steps to your own trip
You send the brief
A form, an e-mail or a phone call. We need the number of people, the dates, a budget and a country — or at least a direction.
We draft the route
Within 5 working days you get a day-by-day itinerary and a line-by-line budget. No commitment, no fee.
We fine-tune it
The first revision is free. We change hotels, length, pace and budget until it fits. Then we sign the contract and you pay a 30% deposit.
You travel
We pick you up at the agreed place. The guide and the office stay reachable throughout; the balance is due 30 days before departure.
